All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP initially, until you get to the checkout section and select the country of origin you are sending this to, this will then update and be changed to your local currency. Please note, you may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.

DUTY / CUSTOM CHARGES

The grand total of your order displayed at checkout does not include any additional duties charges. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.

Orders outside of the UK may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your destination country. Please ensure to check your spam folder, as sometimes the custom payment email appears here, depending on your email provider, and therefore could be missed.

Epetōme has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

You, as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

If you do not wish to pay the additional fees mentioned, please refuse this and the parcel will be returned back to us in order to then refund you, as there is no way of us being able to remove those charges unfortunately. Our team will also not offer a replacement to be sent if you then change your mind in wanting to pay these fees if the parcel has since been returned. We will also not refund you if you have paid a shipping fee, as the parcel was also dispatched and held with customs at the time.

SHIPPING TO IRELAND:

Please note orders to Ireland may experience large delays on top of our expected delivery times stated below. The impact of Brexit on the Irish border and its adjacent policies involves changes in trade, customs, immigration checks, local economies, services, recognition of qualifications, medical cooperation, and other matters, now that it is the only external EU land border between the United Kingdom and the European Union. We cannot guarantee that your order will not have custom charges applied to this unfortunately ,which is out of our control as it is being shipped from the UK where we are based.

Based on customer feedback, we have found on average it takes 5-7 days for parcels to arrive via UPS. UPS will send an invoice for customs charges - depending on whether you choose a 1, 3 or 6 month option they are around € 10-15. However, to reiterate this is an estimation and not a guarantee.

Please note at the moment we don’t have any resellers in these territories, however this is something our team is working on.

Please note once your order has been placed, we cannot apply a discount code for you on top of this, discount codes can only be applied when at checkout.

Depending on the time you contact our team to make any changes to your order before it is sent, we have no guarantee that our team will be able to do this for you and we hold no responsibility if the parcel has already been despatched. We typically hold orders for around 2 hours before being processed to allow enough time for this to be cancelled or altered, so please take this into consideration.
